What need inspecting under regulation 6 of PUWER ?

The equipment requiring inspection under this regulation is dependant on the risk assessment made under Regulation 3 of The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, whether it has identified as a significant risk to the operator or other workers from the installation or use of the work equipment, if a significant risk has been identified a suitable inspection should be carried out.
